Our health policy for face-to-face gatherings.

The health and safety of our attendees is more important than any game we could write or run.

To attend you must:

On the day you first attend, take a Covid-19 rapid test (with negative results)
At least two weeks before the event, if you can, get the latest Covid-19 booster*

Please stay home if:

In the 48 hours before you arrive, you have new respiratory illness symptom
In the 10 days before you arrive, someone in your household has Covid-19 or the flu
In the 14 days before you arrive, you have a positive Covid-19 test result (unless you then have 2 negative tests at least 48 hours apart)

Also note, masking is encouraged but not required.**

* This would be the version of the booster available as of fall 2025. We know that not everyone is eligible or able to access Covid-19 vaccinations. Please get it if you can. We will not be checking your vaccinations this year.

** The organizers, hosts, and safety team reserve the right to change this policy to require masks with little or no notice based on changing risk factors. We will do our best to keep you informed if this changes.
